Dearest Elena, Daria, Doctors & Staff of ECO Clinic,
Greetings from Nova & Edwin!

Before we decide to work with the ECO Clinic, we have spent so much of our time to look for an IVF clinic worldwide, but most of them were too complicated for us.

After several months of searching the best IVF clinic for us to work with. Finally, we found the ECO Clinic. It was the last clinic in our months of searching. We immediately checked and read the ECO Clinic website and we found professional and very clear in all information. We looked at the photo of Elena and the staff, we felt that it was a very serious clinic. And yes, we made the right choice and we are not disappointed.

When we sent our first email message to the clinic, Elena answered us very quickly and she gave us the feeling that we will be in good hands in this clinic.

We had countless questions in many emails. Elena and Daria always gave us the appropriate answers and information very quickly. We are very much impressed with the workmanship and patience in answering our questions from the beginning to the end.

Our 24 days of stay in Samara will pass so quickly but leave you with the fondest memories of this beautiful stay. We will surely miss you all especially the warm and lovely welcome, those beautiful smiles every time we go to the clinic for an appointment and of course the hospitality of everyone in the ECO Clinic.

We are very happy for the support and help from Daria. She is perfect in everything. She did an excellent job in arranging all to proceed this IVF Program for us. All has done smoothly. We wish her all the best for her future.

Also, we would like to say thank you to Dr. Alexandra and to the other doctors for the full assistance. They are very supportive in all until the last day. We are so happy and grateful indeed.

In the ECO Clinic, we felt like a family. We hope and pray that soon our big dream come to reality. And so, we are excited and happy that someday, ECO Clinic will be part of this dream too.

I am really satisfied with the whole services of the clinic: from administrator to doctor’s appointment. We are from Europe and we were a bit afraid before we came to Samara to get acquainted with the clinic. With confidence I can say that the service at the clinic is high-quality and trustworthy. Everything is very good: the service, the quality and the price. We are at the first stage of very important process and we want to thank everyone, who helped us, especially Olga Kravtsova, Anna Ryzhova, Elena Pilyagina, Svetlana Zemlyakova, Maria Klyucharyova.

It is really a pleasant experience during the treatment procedure in clinic "ECO". I am a foreigner patient, and do not know any Russian At first, I am afraid that we can not communicate with each other well. But under the help of the clinic's CEO, Elena Pilyagina, we fully understand each other. She is always helping, giving her professional advice, introducing the detailed treatment plan, solving all the question that I am confused of, and arranging all the stages of the program. And other staffs of the clinic are very kind as well, they are always on my side and explain all the issues that I care of. In a word, the treatment experience in clinic "ECO" is a great memory of my life.
