Egg donors are women who voluntarily donate immature oocytes for fertilization and implantation (transfer) into the uterine cavity of the recipient (the patient). The “ECO” clinic has the most stringent requirements for egg donors, which increases the chances of getting pregnant and having a healthy baby. Also, the donor must comply with all the requirements regulated by the Ministry of Health of Russia. If at least one parameter contradicts the law, woman is excluded from the candidates for egg donation.

Egg donors at the “ECO” Clinic should:
meet the age requirement - she should be not older than 35 years;
have one healthy child;
keep a healthy lifestyle (do not drink alcohol, do not take psychotropic drugs, etc.);
have the conclusion of a geneticist about the absence of hereditary diseases;
work in safe conditions;
have a psychiatric opinion confirming the absence of neuropsychiatric pathologies;
get a medical certificate from a gynecologist about the absence of diseases of the reproductive system.
The list of egg donor examinations before the IVF program includes the following procedures.
Laboratory tests:
CBC - a complete blood count that reveals the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the biomaterial;
CUA - common urine analysis to determine the organoleptic attributes of the fluid and sediment microscopy ;
analysis for a hormone panel, determining abnormalities in the level of estradiol, testosterone, AMH, LH, prolactin, thyroid hormones, etc.
coagulogram to determine the rate of blood coagulability;
tests for the detection of syphilis, HIV / AIDS, hepatitis B and C groups, herpes virus and other infectious diseases of the urogenital system;
pap smear to exclude dysplasia or morphological changes in cells.
Instrumental diagnostics:
Ultrasound of the pelvic organs, which allows to identify pathologies of the uterus, ovaries, follicles, fallopian tubes, etc.;
ECG in a relaxed state and under stress to detect cardiovascular diseases;
fluorography (lung X-ray) for the assessment of chest organs, the detection of tuberculosis, emphysema and other pathologies.
Also, the donor needs to undergo examinations by a physician, gynecologist, mental physician, narcologist. If any chronic diseases are detected, the donor can be sent for examination to highly specialized doctors: otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, surgeon and other specialists.
